Most drawer organizers are boxes you set on the drawer bottom. Three of the ones listed on this site are not. YouCopia's DrawerFit pieces span the drawer from front to back and rest on the frame at each end, so the body hangs below the rim and the floor underneath stays empty.
That changes the arithmetic, and it changes what you have to measure. It also runs into a question the maker's own pages do not answer.
What "rests on the frame" means for your measurements
YouCopia describes the mechanism in its own words. The Sorter has "tabs that rest on opposite sides of the drawer opening." The Tray's "locking teeth keep tray extended to sit on top of drawer frame," and so do the Bin's. All three expand front to back rather than side to side.
Read that again with a tape in your hand, because two things follow.
The first is that the depth is the span. It is not how deep the object is; it is how far it has to reach to touch both ends of your drawer. All three start at 15.0 inches, and that is a floor rather than a target: a drawer shallower than 15 inches front to back does not take any of them, whatever the width says.
The second is that the width does not come out of your drawer the way a tray's does. A 7-inch floor tray in a 16½-inch drawer leaves 9½ inches beside it on the floor. A 7.1-inch DrawerFit piece in the same drawer leaves the floor almost entirely alone, because it is not standing on it. Subtracting its width from your drawer width and planning around the remainder describes a layout that does not exist.
The three pieces, and what actually differs
Here is every figure the three pages publish, as they print them:

Three products, and the differences between them come down to about an inch of width and seven tenths of an inch of height. The Tray and the Bin are the same width and the same depth range; the Bin is 0.7 inches deeper in the body. The Sorter is 1.2 inches narrower and stops 0.6 inches earlier at full extension.

Which of those differences matters depends on what is above the drawer rather than what is in it. All three hang their bodies below the frame, so the body height is measured downward from the rim, not upward from the floor. In a drawer with plenty of clear height the 0.7 inches between the Tray and the Bin is a question of how much you want to hold. In a shallow drawer it is the whole decision.
The measurement nobody publishes
Now the part that should decide whether you buy one at all.
None of the three pages states what kind of drawer frame the tabs need. Not a minimum rail width, not a lip depth, not a maximum drawer wall thickness, not a statement that they fit a drawer of such and such a construction. The pages give the object's own three dimensions and describe the mechanism in a phrase. That is the whole of it.
So the question "will this grip my drawer?" has no published answer. You can measure your drawer perfectly, compare every number on this page correctly, and still not know, because the missing figure was never printed.
This is why the size check on this site will not pass any of the three. A rectangular footprint screen cannot approve something that hangs on a frame, so all three come back as "more measurements needed" with a line saying that mounting, support and moving clearances need a model-specific check. That is not the tool hedging. It is the tool declining to convert a published rectangle into a claim about your drawer's rim.
What to measure, given that
Measure the drawer front to back first, because 15.0 inches rules all three out at once and takes ten seconds to check.
Then look at the rim itself, which is the measurement the maker left to you. How wide is the flat top edge of the drawer's side walls? Is it flat at all, or rolled, or capped with a plastic rail? Does the drawer front stand above the rim, and by how much? Is there anything in the runner or the rail that a tab would land on? Write down what you see, because none of it is in any published figure and all of it decides the answer.
Then the clear height with the drawer closed, measured from the rim rather than the floor, since that is where these bodies hang from.
Where the plan fails, in order
The depth is treated as an object dimension. It is a span; 15.0 inches is what the piece needs to reach, not how much room it occupies.
The width is subtracted from the drawer. A frame-riding piece is not standing on the floor you measured, so the floor beside it is not "what is left" in the way a tray's leftover is.
The rim is never looked at. It is the only surface that carries the whole thing and the only measurement the pages do not give.
A "more measurements needed" result is read as a near miss. On these three it is a statement about the method, not about how close your numbers came.
What to write on the sticky note
Depth front to back, first. Then the rim: width of the top edge, whether it is flat, and what sits on it. Then the clear height with the drawer shut, measured down from the rim.
Three of those four are yours to take, and the fourth is one the maker could have printed and did not. The drawer size check will compare the published figures with your numbers and tell you plainly which part of the question it cannot answer, and the measuring guide covers the tape work.
